Estimated statement of accounts

The law of the 1st March 1984 about “the prevention of difficulties in companies” requires that they have to create estimated statements (depending on specified categories).

Besides, the L2323-10 article of the French Labour Code requires that the Board must give these documents to Work’s Councils.

Staff Representatives, your role

You have to

understand the economical and social orientations implied by these estimates

... anticipate, in other words, to be not subjected to the events,

... and to act, either at the Work’s Council level or at Union Organization level which are present in the Work’s Council.

EVEN MORE THAN THE ANNUAL STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS,THE ESTIMATED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS MUST HELP YOU TO BE ACTORS IN THE ECONOMICAL AND SOCIAL LIFE OF YOUR COMPANY.
